REFUND POLICY:

American Kids Co. does not offer refunds — and here’s why:

Because we create and sell products primarily for babies and young children, we take product hygiene and safety extremely seriously. Once an item has been shipped out, we cannot guarantee the conditions it may have been exposed to after leaving our warehouse. For that reason, we never resell returned merchandise — even if it appears unopened or unused.

Our top priority is protecting your little ones by ensuring that every product you receive from us is completely new, clean, and safe.

As a result, we do not provide refunds for returned items.

However, if you’d like to return a product, we are happy to issue store credit under the following conditions:

  • The return is initiated within 15 days of receiving your order.

  • The item is shipped back with the original packing slip included.

Once your package is received and inspected by our warehouse team, you’ll be issued 100% store credit for the value of the product. The credit will be sent to the same email address used for your original purchase.

Please allow 5–7 business days for processing once the returned package is delivered to us.

After sending your return shipment, please email our support team at [americankidsco@gmail.com] with your order number and the tracking number for your return.

Once your return is processed, the store credit will be added to your account or emailed to you within 5–7 business days.

Please note that original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs when using store credit on future orders.

 

DAMAGED PRODUCT:

We take great care to ensure every order arrives in perfect condition. However, if your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, we’ll gladly make it right.

If you receive a damaged product, please email our support team at [support@yourbrand.com] within 5 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damaged item(s)

  • A brief note describing the issue

Once our team reviews your message, we’ll respond with a resolution!

 

SHIPPING PROTECTION:

Orders that include Shipping Protection are covered in the event of loss, theft, or damage that occurs during transit. If you opted to add shipping protection at checkout, American Kids Co. will also cover the cost of return or exchange shipping labels when applicable. If shipping protection was not added to your order, American Kids Co. cannot be held responsible for any replacement or reshipment costs associated with damaged, missing, or stolen packages once the order has left our facility.
