Shipping Info

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (5-7 BUSINESS DAYS)

Please allow for up to 1-2 days (excluding weekends) for your order to be fulfilled and processed. 

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. You will receive a confirmation email regarding your order once placed. You will then also receive an email when your order label has been printed off. This email will include your order’s tracking number. You can get updates on your order at any time by going to the "Track my Order" page on our website.

Once your order is fulfilled and processed, please allow for 5-6 business days for your order to be delivered if you are within the United States. 

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS 

American Kids Co. ships all orders to the address provided at checkout. Please take a moment to double-check that your address is correct before completing your purchase—especially if your browser or device uses an auto-fill feature.

If you realize that you entered an incorrect shipping address, contact our support team as soon as possible at [americankidsco@gmail.com] with the subject line “Incorrect Address.”
In your email, please include:

  • Your order number

  • The correct address you’d like the order sent to

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, we’re unable to make changes or reroute the package.

If the wrong address was entered and the package has already shipped, American Kids Co. is not responsible for lost packages, and refunds for the product or shipping costs are not available in these cases.

 

 

SHIPPING PROTECTION: 

Orders that include Shipping Protection are fully covered in the event of loss, theft, or damage during transit.
If you selected shipping protection at checkout, American Kids Co. will also cover the cost of any return or exchange shipping labels related to that order.

If shipping protection was not purchased, American Kids Co. cannot be held responsible for additional costs associated with reshipping, replacing, or recovering packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen once they leave our facility.
